These wonderful knives come from an artistic cutlery, located in a small village in Aude. The wooden handles come from the surrounding forest, which Hugo will cut himself to make these works of art in his forge. All models have a first name, and the wood species vary depending on the production. We find maple, rosewood, boxwood, olive, oak... and all kinds of species. The blades are made of carbon steel. Everything is hammered and forged by hand. They are delivered in natural hemp pouches for easy storage. To your aperitifs!!!!
